Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned in damaged or used condition
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
